We are pleased to announce that Van Der Molen-Seppelec Group will be present at two of the most representative fairs of the beverage sector in 2019, BrauBeviale and Drink technology India, presenting new products, services and thus strengthening its presence in the market.

The first date to consider is BrauBeviale 2019, probably the world’s most important trade fair for the beverage industry this year, which will take place from 12 to 14 November at the BrauBeviale Exhibiton Centre in Nuremberg, Germany.

In 2018 more than 40,000 trade visitors – more than 18,000 of them international – travelled to Nuremberg to discuss high-quality raw materials, advanced technologies, efficient logistics and dynamic marketing concepts.

There were 1,094 exhibitors, 53% of them international, among which were Van Der Molen and Seppelec, and where they presented their products and solutions related to the entire beverage production process chain.

Exactly one month later, we will travel to India to be in Drink technology India, this time based in New Delhi, the leading platform for the beverage, dairy and liquid food industry in India.

Nuevas oficinas Teclec en latinoamérica

Inauguración con la presencia de los fundadores Holger Funke y Sven Funke

El pasado 7 de junio Teclec, franquicia del grupo Seppelec, tuvo el placer de inaugurar sus nuevas oficinas en Naucalpán, Estado de México. Uno de los enclaves empresariales más consolidados y de mayor prestigio.

Un nuevo espacio donde han acudido profesionales del sector de fabricación de bebidas. Este estreno supone el éxito y el avance en America Latina en todos los proyectos, consolidando su posición y reforzando las relaciones internacionales.

El Consejero Delegado de Seppelec Holger Funke y su Co-fundador Sven Funke, tuvieron el placer de ser los protagonistas en la apertura de las nuevas oficinas. Durante el inicio se comenzó con una breve presentación de la historia de Seppelec y su crecimiento exponencial en los últimos años.

Instalaciones y los nuevos departamentos en Teclec:

  • Departamento I+D+i. Investigación y desarrollos propios para crear la tecnología más puntera del sector.
  • Departamento de ingeniería de procesos. Ofreciendo servicios de asesoramiento, desarrollo, formación con profesionales del sector y habilidades potenciales que nos caracterizan del competencia.
  • Departamento de Automatización. Asesoramiento y formación en procesos de producción, control y Análisis, operación en planta, mejoras de seguridad, Optimización de servicios y informes de datos.
  • Departamento Eléctrico. Trabajando con los más actuales estándares eléctricos se formará personal eléctrico en el diseño de las instalaciones eléctricas, soporte en gestión de repuestos y mejora continua sobre las plantas.
  • Departamento de mantenimiento. Mantenimiento Neumático. Informes de variables durante el proceso, análisis de datos del mantenimiento, análisis y mantenimiento predictivo( FAT training Simulation).

Una de las principales novedades de las oficinas es la creación de una planta piloto.  El sistema de clarificado de azúcar será uno de los elementos más importantes en este laboratorio. Esta planta es una mejora en I+D+i, formación y estudio en el intercambio iónico.

Al finalizar, se realizó un pequeño cóctel donde acudieron numerosos clientes, amigos y empleados.

ESTANDARIZADOR DE LECHE EN LÍNEA SEPMIX L-40

Sepmix L-40. Nuevo Estandarizador de leche en línea, fabricado y desarrollado por Seppelec.

En la actualidad la mayoría de las plantas fabricantes de lácteos no tiene procesos en línea por lo que supone un coste en tanques y grandes imprecisiones teniendo como resultado mermas en el proceso de fabricación.

 

Por ello Seppelec ha desarrollado una alternativa para dar solución a este problema desarrollando el SEPMIX L40, un estandarizador de leche en línea que permite el ahorro de costes en silos y minimiza de manera drástica el proceso de fabricación.

Es muy común la eterna lucha por el control del aire acondicionado/calefacción. En Seppelec hemos realizado un grafismo de las características principales del ambiente térmico.

 

Los factores ambientales a tener en cuenta: temperatura del aire, la temperatura radiante media, la humedad relativa y la velocidad del aire.

Todo esto va en función del tipo de empresa. También la implicación de los empleados de mantener una temperatura óptima en la oficina influye. El riesgo de bajar /subir demasiado la temperatura , pueden dar lugar a resfriados, sudoración, etc.

Teclec colabora en la ayuda a las personas en México.

Ante la urgente necesidad de recursos,TECLEC ha encontrado la manera de ayudar y colaborar con los afectados por el terremoto. Una iniciativa puesta en marcha para responder a la necesidad de vivienda en los lugares afectados por el terremoto, por lo que han han facilitado camas y somieres para las personas que perdieron sus casas.
