New Van der Molen company establishment
The former Van der Molen Process System company has entered in a liquidation process within the bankruptcy procedure declared at the court of Ausburg (Germany). It is imminent, the modification of the legal name in the commercial register corresponding to their business office.
Over such situation, Seppelec has formally acquired some key assets of the above mentioned on August 22nd. In particular, the brand name “Van der Molen”, along its well-known logo, internet domains and web site and the complete customer portfolio data base with all information regarding technical documentation and expertise. Consequently, Seppelec is the only and exclusive entitled owner of these assets.
To provide the best services and spare parts supplies to Van der Molen customers but also to new ones, Seppelec is proud to announce the establishment of a new company within the group on September 12th. This is a landmark in our business development, as the result of a challenging and complex proceeding that will place us in the leadership position as process experts in food industry.
Van der Molen Process Technology GmbH is fully operational and has registered a business office located in Germany, Bahnhofsallee, 1, 86438 Kissing and is a subsidiary company of Seppelec SL. To gain a stream synergy, Van der Molen Process Technology has recently enrolled some former key staff members of the old company, such are some of the After Sales team, Project Managers, Onsite Supervisors and Commissioning experts, and the Sales Manager in South Africa.
A new stage is now starting for Van der Molen. As we are in the best position in the market to offer an improved technical service and a broader products portfolio.
