Soft Drinks: New continuous syrup production facility

“Seppelec has completed the commissioning of a new continuous syrup production facility for both sugared and sugar-free soft drinks in Andalusia, southern Spain.

The system, with a maximum production capacity of 40,000 liters per hour, manages six streams: treated water, simple syrup, Liquid Streams 1, 2, and 3, and solid sweetener addition.

It features full automation for production management, cleaning processes, suply to the fillers, and production reporting. Among the functional units that make this possible is the MASSMOL CCZ, which was design specifically according to the client’s requirements.

Additionally, modifications have been made to the syrup room to increase flexibility in tank usage, allowing tanks to be used either as fructose storage or finished syrup storage.”
