Thanks to our state-of-the-art facilities and highly qualified personnel, we can test the performance of our technological proposals on an industrial scale. This process involves collaborating closely with our clients to review equipment, technologies, and proposals that will improve plant efficiency. Our test program allows us to accurately define the real operating conditions of the system, delivering rapid and reliable results.
We offer two scales of test installations:
1. Laboratory-Level Testing:
We can execute design tests at a laboratory level using only 25 kg of product. This is ideal for new installations and allows for precise evaluation of equipment and technologies before full-scale implementation.
2. Mobile Testing Equipment:
For plants currently in operation that wish to test new sugars or technologies, we provide mobile equipment capable of conducting 200 kg tests. This is perfect for verifying the effectiveness of new processes without interrupting ongoing production.
Our tests are conducted at our facilities in Madrid and are capable of analyzing sugars up to 2,000 ICUMSAs, ensuring comprehensive and accurate results.
By leveraging our testing capabilities, we ensure that our technological solutions are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness before full-scale deployment, giving our clients confidence in their investment.
Review of incoming sugar analysis and evaluation the general specification and the laboratory results
