DTI India 2018

Drink technology India 2018 (dti) is the leading trade fair for beverage, dairy and liquid food industry in India. During October  24th to 26th Seppelec showed his new technology in Sugar Clarification and the new market expansion, thanks to the adquisition of Van Der Molen.

Gulfood Manufacturing 2018

Seppelec Group participated at Gulfood Manufacturing which took place from November 6th till 8th 2018 in Dubai at World Trade Centre focused on  dairy, beverage, bakery, confectionery and convenience food industries.

Numerosas novedades han cubierto toda la semana en DRINKTEC 2017  con más de 70.000 asistentes de todo el mundo y de todas las áreas de la industria. La feria mundial de la Industria de Bebidas y Alimentos Líquidos Drinktec, ha finalizado el 15 de septiembre en Múnich (Alemania).

1.600 expositores han presentado en esta edición todo tipo de tecnología, equipos para la elaboración y el tratamiento de bebidas, así como soluciones para envases.

 

Seppelec ha sido protagonista destacado en el pabellón B5, stand nº 339, presentando en sus DISCOVERY DAYS las últimas tendencias en fabricación de bebidas, clarificado de azúcar, y control de procesos.

Nuestros visitantes han podido conocer: las ventajas de nuestro nuevo concepto de sala jarabe (MSS), las novedades de nuestra unidad compacta de fabricación, las novedades en nuestra unidad compacta de fabricación (COMPACMIX), así como los vanguardistas diseños de válvulas de proceso desarrollados por nuestro equipo de I+D+i.

En la fábrica de LECHE CELTA en Pontedeume se procesan diariamente 600.000 litros de leche para hacer sobretodo leche UHT pero también nata, batidos, leches enriquecidas, y mantequilla. La fábrica desde su creación había crecido muy rápidamente y sus sistemas de producción necesitaban actualizarse a la nueva capacidad y variedad de productos.

Bajo la dirección de los últimos propietarios de la fábrica, el grupo LACTOGAL, Seppelec acometió la automatización de las limpiezas de la fábrica, suministrando dos unidades CIP.

Posteriormente le ha tocado el turno a la producción, Seppelec recibió el pedido para automatizar todos los circuitos de distribución de leche y nata, desde la recepción hasta los equipos de tratamiento UHT existentes. Nuevas  válvulas de doble asiento automáticas han sustituido los antiguos mecanismos manuales, llegándose a instalar 270 nuevas válvulas de este tipo; toda la fábrica se comanda ahora desde una nueva sala de control, donde se visualiza el estado de las distintas unidades. Con la nueva automatización se ha conseguido una capacidad de almacenamiento de leche terminada de 1.300 m3 y una capacidad de tratamiento de leche: 400 a 800 m3/día.

Seppelec ha encontrado distintos desafíos en la ejecución de este proyecto. En primer lugar, fue necesaria una profunda labor de estudio y comprensión de los procedimientos de producción de Leche Celta, y en comunicación con el área técnica del fabricante, definir los nuevos circuitos de forma a conservar todas las variantes de proceso existentes en la nueva planta.

En segundo lugar, y como es obligado en las fabricas de productos lácteos, la modificación debía realizarse sin afectar a la producción, y sin posibilidad de parada: las vacas dan leche todos los días…

La coordinación de nuestro jefe de obra y nuestros técnicos de puesta en marcha con el equipo de producción de Leche Celta fue fundamental para establecer un plan de montaje y puesta en marcha en fases, que ha permitido pasar escalonadamente del antiguo al nuevo sistema con una afección mínima de la producción de la fábrica.

Finalmente, en Seppelec trabajamos en la puesta en marcha de la última fase del proyecto: un sistema de informes de producción que permitirá a la dirección de calidad de Leche Celta obtener de forma automática el seguimiento de cada lote de producción, y mejorar la trazabilidad de los mismos desde la ruta de recogida hasta el envasado.
